How fast can I get my order? 

Most of our Gourmet offerings are same-day pickup/delivery available! Remember the order cutoff time is 3PM to be eligible for same-day services. If you order after 3PM, your purchase will be processed on the next day. 
Usually, your order will be ready for pickup or be at your doorstep some time after 4PM on the date accordingly to the shipping service you choose. 

Can I pick up my order in one of your stores?

When you checkout, you can choose one of the following two locations for self pickup:
- 35-45 Johnston Road, Wan Chai  
- G505 Ning On Mansion, Taikoo Park

Is there a minimum order requirement? 

There is no minimum order requirement. However, please note if you choose home delivery, shipping charges may apply. See Delivery Fee Guide below. 

What to expect after I get an email confirmation of my order? 

Our concierge service representative will get in touch every day shortly after 3PM (daily order cutoff time) to communicate the status of your order. 

Where do you deliver?  Can you deliver to New Territories and Outlying Islands?

We delivery to practically ALL OF HONG KONG! That means Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories

How much is shipping? And is there a same-day delivery option?

For items that are available daily, we have same-day option. Please refer to Delivery Fee Guide below.
Please note that adverse weather conditions, traffic and other uncontrollable factors may impact your order delivery time. Our delivery partner will offer updates and the delivery partner's terms & conditions will apply.

What if I want to change my order? 

Please note that no exchange or refund are allowed. Please contact our concierge service representative via Whatsapp +852 5508 8735 if you have any special requests.  

What if there's something wrong with my order?  

Please inspect the content of your package upon receipt, and if there are any issues or concerns, contact us at our business Whatsapp +852 55088735 or via email contactus@the-coffeeacademics.com and we will make the appropriate arrangement at the earliest possible time.  

How long can I keep the food items in my order?  

We recommend that everything is enjoyed right away after arriving at your home. But, if not consumed immediate upon receipt, please keep it in the fridge at or below 4 degrees Celcius; generally in this condition, it can keep for up to 3 days.  

Do you have cooking tutorials to guide me in the kitchen?  

Don't you worry! Recipe cards with detailed instructions are inserted in your package. We've completed the tasks of sourcing, cleaning, cutting and marinating, the rest should be easy-peasy under the guidance of the recipe cards or the guides on our website. Additionally, we are regularly adding tutorial videos online to add more flare to the recipe cards. Stay tuned via our newsletter, Instagram or become a member!

When I order both same-day available items and items that require longer preparation time, does it affect the shipping time?  

If your order contains items that require varying preparation time, the entire order will be ready for pickup or be delivered according to the item with the longest preparation time. In any case, our concierge service representative will be there to answer any questions you may have.
